Maternity:28-34 weeks of pregnancy.  This will vary for every woman and pregnancy.  We aim to photograph your belly's beautiful curve before you get too uncomfortable in the last few weeks.   So be sure to book your session by the beginning of second trimester.

Newborns: Due to the limited sessions per month, it is best to book your session as soon as possible.  We will ensure a session can be scheduled within the time frame of your baby's due date.  Newborn sessions typically take place when your baby is between 5-14 days old.

Every pregnancy and every baby is different.  For more detailed information and custom experience to best suit your needs, please contact me to determine the best date for your portrait session.

Most sessions will take at the studio, in North York, Ontario.  In-home Newborn Sessions are available. Please contact us for more details.

Weather permitting, maternity and family sessions may be arranged at outdoor locations.
The studio is available by appointment only.

The consultation is a required part of the creative process and ensures your session is customized for you.  While in-person consultations are ideal, Zoom or phone consultations can be arranged.

Most sessions last between 1-2 hours, with newborn sessions taking up to 4 hours
depending on your baby and session type. We provide a comfortable environment at our North York studio, with refreshments, wifi, and plenty of props to keep your little one entertained.

At Precious Ones Photography, we offer a stress-free, customized experience to ensure you get the best possible results. We will guide you through how to style for your session and provide access to our collection of maternity dresses, newborn wraps, outfits, and props.

Each pregnancy and baby are different, so results may vary.  

Once your session is booked, we will discuss how to customize your session and plan out how to capture images you will love!

At Precious Ones Photography, we offer both print and digital formats for all our sessions.

Each print artwork comes with matching digitals on a beautiful crystal USB, so you can shareyour memories with friends and family.

Our goal is to provide you a safe and comfortable environment while capturing precious moments for you and your family.

We are keeping many of the hygienic practices.  This includes wearing masks for Precious Ones photography staff and hand sanitization prior to handling baby.

Sessions are spaced out to allow for cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.  All props and wardrobe provided by the studio is washed and disinfected between sessions. 

Prior to arriving at the studio, the appointment/session will be rescheduled:

- if you experience a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, flu-like symptoms, headache, sore throat, or recent loss of taste or smell.
