We’re now ten months into the pandemic and in second lockdown, it’s a big deal. Your family’s health is important. I know how much our clients are looking forward to capturing the pregnancy journey, the precious newborn stage, and the fleeing moments when baby reaches their milestones. When you choose us to tell your family’s story, know that we are doing everything we can to stay safe.

Being a Toronto newborn, maternity, and baby photographer, I have taken all possible precautions to keep myself, my family and my clients as safe as possible.

I wanted to share a few things I’ve been doing for my business to ensure I’m keeping safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. All protocols and practices follow Toronto Public Health re-opening guidelines.

Prior to my client’s arrival to the studio, everyone must fill out a Pre-Screening Questionnaire. Upon entering the studio, there is a sanitation station at the door where you'll find a big bottle of hand sanitizer along with masks for anyone who does not have one.

For all studio sessions, I disinfect everything that can be wiped down before and after the session. All fabrics goes straight into the wash with baby-safe all-natural detergents.

Only parents and siblings of newborn being photographed are allowed in the studio to maintain proper social distancing guidelines. When not being photographed, masks are required to stay on.

Prior to handling baby, I make sure to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer to practice as much caution as possible. I really want to do my best and help parents feel at ease during the pandemic. It’s a sensitive time still, and we can all use a bit more reassurance on our safety protocols.
